Before Your Exit : Book Written By Atchor Matthew

Before Your Exit : Building Blocks For Lasting Legacies In Leadership, Written By Atchor Matthew.

INTRODUCTION

one of the strongest and unambiguous commands of our Lord Christ was that we should
bear abiding fruits knowing well that the end of a
thing is better than the beginning.
As ministers and leaders called to the service of the Master, it is imperative that we take necessary decisive steps to ensure that our work, our ministries are built on solid foundations, because a time cometh that you shall pass on the baton of leadership or elect someone or others to run the race with you or after you.

Ending well in life doesn't mean dying well ( dying old, but it means replicating yourself i another person for the purpose of continuity. As Leaders We must reproduce ourselves in at least another person.

this is a biblical pattern and the trend had sustained transition from one order in other to maintain the progression of spread of the Gospel until our Lord returns. Moses produced Joshua; Elijah produced Elisha and Jesus produced His disciples. Who would you produce? This is the core message of this book.

How and why do you need to harness the potentials of your subordinates? What are the forms of leadership? Am I a charismatic leader, a bureaucratic nerd, an autocratic leader, transformational leader or a people oriented leader? What leadership style best suit me? Why is it important to work on your would-be successor, followers, and associates to help them overcome their weaknesses?
Indeed, these issues and many other insights that would help us build lasting legacies and help us end well shall be discussed in “Before Your Exit!

And I sincerely urge you to take steps before your exit to apply the wisdom and principles of a functional kingdom life enumerated here.

this is just an abstract of what is contained in this lovely book.you can get this book at the Church of God Mission International, Ajeromi Branch office.

Psalm 100:4-5, Nehemiah 8:10.

Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praises: be thankful unto him and bless his name, for the LORD is good; his mercy is everlasting; and his truth endureth to all generations. *then he said unto them, Go your way, eat the fat, and drink the sweet, and send portions unto our Lord: neither be ye sorry; for the joy of the LORD is your strength.

Brief Introduction.

Maintaining an attitude of gratitude and hope is the perfect way to begin the year. i congratulate you today, child of god, for the grace that God has given you to see another wonderful Year. it is indeed a wonderful thing that God has done for us and we ought to rejoice and be glad about it. our God is faithful; He is good and His mercy is everlasting.

it is neither by your power nor your might that you have been preserved all these years and are now entering a new year, beginning today. it is solely by the mercy of God, Lam 3:22. It is by His goodness, God who has been faithful and has kept you all these years will continue to keep you and be faithful in your life. As you reflect on His mercies and His faithfulness, joy and thanksgiving will be stirred up in your heart. take some time to give God praise and thanks from the bottom of your heart. do not keep your gratitude in your heart; express it to God in song and dance, as you thank Him for His faithfulness, His mercies and His goodness in your life.

By faith, also thank God for the great year that he has in store for you. it is because God has a plan for your life that he has kept you and brought you into this wonderful year, Jer. 29:11. God has not brought you into this year to abandon you. He will remain with you and will cause his will to pass in your life this year. let your heart be filled with joy, as you anticipate what God is going to do in your life this year
